As I mentioned in I’m Back, Bigger But Hopefully Better I have been on the Diet Chef diet for about 2 months now. As you have probably guessed by now, looking at the title of this post, I have lost over 2 stone in that time. In fact it’s just over 30 pounds!

Now this is probably a bit quicker than recommended. It’s very exciting though. Lots of people have noticed the change which is a definite sign that things are going in the right direction. I’m under 18 stone now for the first time in quite a while. If I carry on like this it can’t be long until I reach the 17½ stone target I set myself back in my Goals For 2011

As I still have about 6 weeks left on the Diet Chef diet I might have to start setting a new, lower target!

I’m not sure I understand this tracker fully as my starting weight was 283lbs but it seems to keep changing, but anyway here it is.

I have even had the occasional cheat in that time but luckily the choice of meals is such that I found it easy to get straight back to the diet…

If you are thinking of giving Diet Chef a try then you can use the offer code MYAA@DGI to get £10 off.

Another big factor in the weight loss is probably to do with the extra exercise I have undertaken, walking Shirley to work most days, before returning back to my place of work. That works out at about 6 miles a day. It does take a little bit of time out of my day but it is well worth it for the end results.

Anyway, sorry I haven’t posted much recently but I’ve been working hard on a new release for the Ski Pad App, more on that in the very near future…

Now that I am back in a full time job I have started to merge my business website, currently on, with this blog. Once I’m happy I’ll close down that site and just redirect it to this site instead. I will still keep the domain and email address. It just makes more sense to have everything all in one place. So far I’ve added the Services and Portfolio pages. They will likely need a bit of tweaking but it’s a start…
